Hi, I’m Jen
My practice is intentionally dedicated to women and LGBTQ+ couples. My work is informed by both clinical expertise and lived experience, bringing an added depth of understanding to the therapeutic relationship…
I believe therapy works best when you don't have to perform, mask who you are, or fit into someone else's idea of who you should be...
You Might Be Right for Therapy If…

✓ You're part of an LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent couples and want to untangle conflict, move through disconnection, and better understand one another.

MY BACKGROUND
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. My training includes couples therapy, neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, complex PTSD, OCD, intimate partner violence, and anxiety and depression.
My experience includes both community mental health and private practice, where I've worked with women experiencing a wide range of concerns, including serious and persistent mental illness. These experiences continue to shape my relational, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy.
